Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Chat Process Executive. The role primarily involves providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. Responsibilities include resolving customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating solutions. The Chat Process Executive will be expected to work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain excellent service standards and meet company objectives.

  • Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with customers through chat platforms
  • Customer Satisfaction skills with a dedication to delivering quality support
  • Analytical Skills to understand and resolve problems effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment and a proactive approach to tasks
  • Prior experience in customer support or relevant areas is an advantage
  • A high level of proficiency in written English
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat support tools or CRM software
