Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chat Customer Executive located in Pune. The Chat Customer Executive will handle real-time customer interactions via chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The role involves identifying customer needs, providing accurate and timely responses, and enhancing customer satisfaction. The individual will strive to meet defined performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvements in customer service processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, ensuring a customer-focused approach in all communication.
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess customer issues and provide well-informed solutions.
  • Commitment to achieving Customer Satisfaction through proactive and empathetic engagement.
  • Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment and handle multiple interactions professionally.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous.
  • Basic technical knowledge or familiarity with IT-related products and services is a plus.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are preferred.
