Role & responsibilities As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. Youll drive revenue growth, reduce acquisition costs, and scale our customer base through highly targeted and creative ad strategies.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across platforms:

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, Shopping), Pinterest, and others


• Manage end-to-end campaign setup: targeting, bidding, creative coordination, and landing page optimization


• Monitor and optimize daily ad performance to meet KPIs: ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA, LTV


• Collaborate with the content/design team to develop high-performing creatives and copies


• Create and manage audience segments for retargeting, lookalike, and prospecting campaigns


• Run A/B tests for ad copies, audiences, and landing pages


• Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and attribution platforms


• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and growth plans


• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, trends, and competitor performance strategies
