Position: Business Development – Garments Sector
About Blaze:
Blaze is a premium garments brand dedicated to delivering high-quality apparel with unique, trendsetting designs. We are on a mission to expand our footprint both domestically and internationally, while fostering strong, long-term partnerships with buyers, distributors, and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the garments and apparel sector.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with buyers, distributors, and retailers.
- Research market trends to uncover new customer segments and emerging opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Represent Blaze at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the garments/apparel industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of fabrics, garment manufacturing processes, and fashion trends is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
