Position: Business Development – Garments Sector

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the garments and apparel sector.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with buyers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Research market trends to uncover new customer segments and emerging opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Represent Blaze at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the garments/apparel industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of fabrics, garment manufacturing processes, and fashion trends is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
