Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Chennai. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and ensuring high standards of food and beverage quality. Responsibilities include hiring and training staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Manager should ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns and maintaining a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Hiring and staff management
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred
