Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Merchandising Strategy & Execution


• Design and manage category pages, brand stores, promotional campaigns, and email content to enhance customer engagement.


• Lead free search improvement initiatives to optimize discoverability and conversion.

  1. Customer Experience Optimization


• Analyze customer behavior across search, browse, and purchase journeys to identify opportunities and resolve friction points.


• Develop and execute strategies that elevate online customer experience and drive satisfaction. 3. Content Management & Web Analytics


• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines.


• Stay current with e-commerce trends and technologies to inform merchandising decisions.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Delivery


• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver merchandising projects under tight timelines.


• Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints through organized and detail-oriented execution.

  1. Taxonomy & Navigation Enhancement


• Apply knowledge of web taxonomy and navigation to improve site structure and customer-facing attributes.


• Support search attribute optimization to enhance product discoverability.

Qualifications:


• 2+ years of experience in site merchandising or digital content management, preferably in US/UK markets.


• Proficiency in MS Office/O365 suite and familiarity with web analytics tools.


• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.


• Ability to work flexible shifts aligned with US/India time zones.


• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.


• Experience in designing and executing customer-centric digital experiences.
