JOB SUMMARY:

  • Responsible for awareness and promotional activities across stakeholders channel, influencers, contractors
  • Collaborate with B&C and vendors to develop marketing collaterals for all product ranges – physical, digital, phygital
  • Spearhead the digital initiatives and their adoption related to the Cconnect CRM, rConnect Order Management system and other key applications
  • Track noteworthy projects and collaborate for social media posts, photoshoots and testimonials
  • Identify trends, competitors and customer preferences through regular market visits
  • Sales team scheme and incentive management
  • Strategize, Plan, and Execute participation at Expos, which includes conceptualize the event, budget proposals and close quotes/negotiations, Branding AVs, Performance, Gifts by liaising with internal and external teams
  • Plan and execute a marketing plan calendar for influencers eg: Day celebrations
  • Collaborate with agencies to have a loyalty program for influencers
  • Brand Visibility and activation covering Merchandising, Site Branding, Factory Visits, Exhibitions etc.
  • Ensure all the feedback are documented and prompt actions are taken to address concerns
  • Execute the engagement activities for earmarked days
