Roles and Responsibilities

  • Must have experience in Equity Dealing of HNI Clients.
  • Handling Business Development Activity & Supporting HNI Group to enhance Business & increasing productivity of HNI vertical.
  • Driving Equity & Third Party Business for given product in coordination with Regional Heads, HNI Heads, Relationship Managers and Advisor.
  • Driving Business by organizing Training and development sessions for Relationship managers/ Advisor, where the agenda understands of product, Targets and achievements and how to drive business for the given product from customers.
  • Helping in Advisory of Equity, Derivatives, Currency, TPD (MF, PMS, NCD, Bonds etc).
  • HNI Client Relationship Management, New HNI Client Acquisitions, Retain and Add Fresh Relationship for better productivity of Vertical.
  • Visiting Regional office whenever require.
  • Making & Implementing strategy for improvement of business at HNI vertical.
  • Designing & Driving R&R for motivating employees & driving product.
