❖ Responsible for acquiring & upselling to quality clients through networking, database and market intelligence and be the one point of contact for these high net-worth clients ❖ Promote Sales of third party products - Should be able to acquire privilege clients and able to sell MF, Insurance, PMS, AIF and other Structure Products ❖ He/she should preferably have maximum number of own clients relationship and he/she should be aware of local market intelligence ❖ Maintain records of business on internal software CRM etc. ❖ Provide personalised financial services and investment advice based on individual client needs so that they can make informed investment decisions ❖ Provide a comprehensive approach to wealth management and financial planning for clients and complete investment planning and advice ❖ Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, market dynamics - Provide feedback on market trends and client needs and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies to maintain highest standards of ethical conduct. ❖ Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. ❖ Ensure highest levels of service to the client / HNI customers ❖ Regular follow-up with all potential leads across products for effective conversion ❖ Maintain a positive, professional demeanour and supports an environment that values uncompromising excellence in customer service.
