Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, managing client relationships, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and closing sales. They will work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets. The role also involves preparing sales reports, staying updated on real estate market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of customer service and professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
