Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Attend to showroom walk-ins and respond to online leads to generate interest in modular kitchens.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand customer requirements for modular furniture and customization options.
  • Product Presentation: Present product offerings and design options to clients.
  • Sales Process Management: Coordinate with designers to develop floor plan-based presentations and proposals.
  • Lead to Closure: Guide customers through the decision-making process, address objections, and drive order closures.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage sales documentation and follow-up on leads and proposals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer relationships and provide updates and after-sales support.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: A graduate degree in any discipline is typically required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years or more of experience in the interior, modular furniture, or high-involvement retail sales sectors is common.
  • Sales Aptitude: A proven track record of achieving sales targets is essential.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent customer engagement, communication, and negotiation skills are necessary.
