About The Role-
We're looking for a proactive
Business Development Executive
to join our fast-growing team at
AdSynergix
.
This role is ideal for someone who's confident
in outreach, skilled in communication, and passionate about building business relationships across international markets.
If you have a flair for building relationships, managing campaigns, and driving revenue across international markets - we'd love to meet you
Key Responsibilities-
- Conduct
outreach
via LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels to generate new leads. - Identify and engage with potential
clients and partners
across international markets. - Maintain and regularly update the
business development tracker
with leads, follow-ups, and communication data. - Support the sales team with
client communication, proposal coordination, and reporting
. - Work closely with leadership to align outreach and partnership strategies.
- Contribute to scaling AdSynergix's global network and revenue growth.
What We're Looking For?-
- 1–3 years of experience in
Business Development / Sales / Partnerships
(AdTech or Marketing preferred). - Strong
communication skills
(written and verbal) for client interaction across regions. - Organized and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Excel or CRM tools.
- Confidence in working with
international clients and time zones
. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setup.
