Role SummaryAs a Relationship Manager aligned with the City Union Bank channel, you will play a key role in driving insurance sales and building strong relationships with partner branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit mapped bank branches and engage with branch managers to drive business
  • Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets across all parameters
  • Interact with customers to explain insurance products and solutions
  • Support partner branches in achieving their insurance sales goals

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 14 years in BFSI sector; insurance sales experience preferred
  • Age: Below 30 years
  • Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler
  • Coverage: Will manage 34 branches in and around assigned location

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: Up to 3.50 LPA
  • Performance-based conveyance allowance
  • Attractive incentive structure with high earning potential
