We're Hiring: Relationship Manager City Union Bank Channel

Role SummaryAs a Relationship Manager aligned with the City Union Bank channel, you will play a key role in driving insurance sales and building strong relationships with partner branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit mapped bank branches and engage with branch managers to drive business
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets across all parameters
- Interact with customers to explain insurance products and solutions
- Support partner branches in achieving their insurance sales goals
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 14 years in BFSI sector; insurance sales experience preferred
- Age: Below 30 years
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler
- Coverage: Will manage 34 branches in and around assigned location
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to 3.50 LPA
- Performance-based conveyance allowance
- Attractive incentive structure with high earning potential
