Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Relationship Manager for our Bengaluru

(Residency Road) branch. The ideal candidate should come from a core sales background,

possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about driving revenue growth through

direct customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customer relationships through direct sales and business

development activities.

Drive sales of Club Mahindra membership products through face-to-face meetings,

presentations, and relationship-building.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Maintain customer relationships to maximize member satisfaction and referral sales.

Work closely with the branch sales team and managers to execute strategies and drive

conversions.

Represent the Mahindra Holidays brand with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate in Business / Marketing or related fields.

Experience: 25 years in core sales (Hospitality, BFSI, Real Estate, Insurance, or Premium

Retail preferred).

Languages: Fluency in English and Kannada (mandatory).

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Self-motivated with strong closing skills and customer focus.

Compensation & Benefits

Fixed Annual CTC:  6.5 LPA  7.5 LPA (based on experience).
