1) Responsible for selling Residential and Commercial properties by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions

2) Responsible for achieving sales & revenue target on a monthly basis

3) Maintaining formal relationships with clients by providing project information and other relevant details during a customer visit to the site

4) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

5) Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

6) Calling and pursuing clients to visit site or office for deal closure

7) Demonstrating and presenting project information to interested clients

8) Maintaining accurate records

9) Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings

10) Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets
