The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing the front office team. The role focuses on smooth daily operations, guest satisfaction, and coordination with other departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage front office staff and daily front desk operations
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and handle guest/client complaints professionally
  • Manage check-in/check-out procedures and front desk workflows
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, administration, and other departments
  • Maintain front office records, reports, and documentation
  • Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance
  • Train and mentor front office staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
  • Handle cash, billing, and front office accounts if required
  • Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and professionalism at the front desk

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
