Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Officer based in Bengaluru South. The Retail Sales Officer will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products and services. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales operations, driving lead generation efforts, enhancing customer service experiences, and contributing to channel sales strategies. The role involves building strong relationships with clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in Channel Sales to manage and grow partnerships within the retail ecosystem.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Experience in the pet care industry is a plus, along with a passion for pets and their well-being.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
