Role Overview:
We are looking for a data-driven and strategic ABM Specialist
to build and execute targeted marketing campaigns aimed at high-value accounts in the B2B SaaS space. You will play a critical role in driving engagement, pipeline growth, and long-term relationships by crafting personalized messaging, leveraging digital channels, and aligning closely with sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute ABM strategies focused on key enterprise accounts to generate high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Create account-specific content, messaging frameworks, and campaigns in collaboration with product, content, and sales teams.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, webinars, events) tailored to each account's needs and buying stage.
- Work closely with sales teams to map account journeys and ensure alignment on target accounts, engagement tactics, and follow-ups.
- Leverage tools and analytics to track engagement, optimize campaigns and measure ROI.
- Support thought leadership initiatives by repurposing content (blogs, reports, case studies) for ABM outreach.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in ABM, demand generation, or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of legal, finance, or enterprise tech buying processes is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, CRM platforms (like Pipedrive, HubSpot), and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to create personalized content and campaigns at scale.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment with cross-functional teams.
