Role Overview
The Account Manager will be the primary liaison between Tussle Digital and its clients, ensuring seamless communication, efficient task allocation, and timely project delivery. This role demands a proactive professional who can manage multiple accounts, coordinate internal teams, and maintain strong client relationships to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction.
- Understand client goals and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Project & Task Management
- Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, website projects, and marketing initiatives.
- Allocate tasks across internal teams (design, content, development, performance marketing) using tools like Asana, Planner, and Power Automate.
- Monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with creative, technical, and operations teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Implement process checklists for design, development, and QA as per Tussle Digital's SOPs.
- Performance & Reporting
- Track KPIs for client campaigns and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Recommend optimisations based on data insights and industry trends.
- Process Improvement
- Identify gaps in workflows and suggest automation or process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client confidentiality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in account management within a digital agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, paid ads).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
