Position: Customer Success Executive
Location: Coimbatore
Job Type: Full TimeExperience
Required: 1–3 years in client relationship management, customer success, or account management, preferably in B2B or service-driven sectors
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing SoCo clients (schools, corporates, colleges, hospitals).
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication regarding delivery commitments, updates, and issue resolution.
Closely coordinate with the Production and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery of uniforms and supplies.
Regularly visit client locations within Coimbatore for relationship management and service follow-ups (local travel only).
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell SoCo's additional offerings to existing clients.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per year
