Job Details:

  1. Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
  2. Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
  3. Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
  4. Delegating tasks to team members.
  5. Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
  6. Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  7. Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
  8. Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
  9. Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team

Must Have requirements:

  • On Paper Minimum 1 Year BPO Experience as a Team Leader
  • Good knowledge of Dialers, APR reports
  • Roaster management // Attrition management in the team
  • Good knowledge of Excel reports, MIS
  • Candidate with call center experience preferable but Freshers can also apply
  • Candidate must have good command in English and Hindi
  • Handling calls/queries/ requests pertaining to product and service for inbound/Outbound calls effectively
  • Immediate joiners are preferred
  • Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits. Provide accurate, valid & complete information by using the right methods/ tools

Role & responsibilities: Excellent customer handling, team handling, Resolving issues & end to end support through calls and chatPreferred candidate profile - Excellent communication and understanding skillsFluency in Hindi / English Language is Must have skill
