Must Have requirements:

On Paper Minimum 1 Year BPO Experience as a Team Leader

Good knowledge of Dialers, APR reports

Roaster management // Attrition management in the team

Good knowledge of Excel reports, MIS

  • Graduates can apply
  • Undergraduate with 1 year experience also can apply
  • Will be flexible with Rotational Shifts
  • Should have excellent communication skills
  • Should be Fluent in Hindi
  • Both Freshers & Experienced can apply
  • Work From Office Kolkata

  • Day Shifts Rotational
  • CTC [Based on experience]
  • Excellent Communication skill is required
  • From CBSE / ICSE Board will be preferred

Required Candidate profile:

Candidate with call center experience preferable but Freshers can also apply

Candidate must have good command in English and Hindi

Handling calls/queries/ requests pertaining to product and service for inbound/Outbound calls effectively

Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits. Provide accurate, valid & complete information by using the right methods/ tools.

Resolving issues & end to end support through calls and chat
