Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Business Development Manager role at Truffle Nation located in Saket. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategies to drive growth. Additionally, the role involves conducting market research, coordinating with the sales team, and meeting revenue targets.

QualificationsExperience in the Education industry is a must. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, promoting university programs, conducting market research, generating leads, and analyzing data to develop marketing strategies. Will also be responsible for managing, and creating promotional materials, collaborating with cross-functional, visiting schools, coaching Institutes, and colleges, and interacting with Students and their parents to create awareness and lead generation.

Proven experience in a Business Development/ Sales role with a track record of achieving revenue and marketing targets. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the team. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members. Brand promotion & Business Development.

Visiting Schools/ Institutes/ Tutorials and providing proper counselling to students. Conducting events like seminars, workshops, value added programs. Establishing a tie-up with educational consultants, Agents, and Tutorial houses.

Collecting data and making a strong database of students. Candidates with Fluent Communication and Smart presentation skills will be considered.
