Your Job:
- Running, extracting, triaging, and sharing reports in regular intervals
- Preparing presentation decks
- Monitoring email alerts, case queues and informing/following-up with the required team members.
- Supporting ad-hoc requests
- Responding to customer emails
- Entering various information in CRM/ERP, which may include purchase orders, pricing, quote, ship methods etc.
- Monitoring the customer's backlog in ERP
- Managing contact set up and subscription.
- New Order Entry - including PI, PO, OU, B2B set up.
- Working on Change Order - CRD date, ship to address, forwarder, part conversion
- Ensuring that GLOBALFOUNDRIES policies, legal regulations and audit requirements are met and maintained.
- Participating in internal system upgrades and enhancements for continuous improvement programs through automation and process streamlining to achieve excellence.
- Providing supporting documents to auditors to ensure compliance.
- Performing all activities in a safe and responsible manner and supporting all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs
