Role Description
As an Ads Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the creation, optimization, and execution of social and digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels to ensure our clients' campaigns meet and exceed KPIs. In this full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad, you will work closely with different internal teams, including our creative, analytics and account management teams, to develop data-driven media plans, programmatic campaigns and track platform trends and take ownership of relationship-building with vendor sales representatives and third-party partners to ensure effective and efficient campaign management.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in social, digital, and programmatic media planning, buying and campaign management
- Expertise in using various ad platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic demand-side platforms (DBM, Prisma, etc.)
- Ability to comfortably work with data sets, analyse data trends, and generate reports with insights and recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to convey complex ideas to cross-functional teams with varying levels of technical expertise
- Up-to-date with the latest digital media and advertising trends and technologies
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and manage change effectively
