Role & responsibilities

  1. Strategy, Planning & Execution

  2. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels like SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, email, content, and display advertising

  3. Set clear KPIs and manage budgets to ensure strong ROI .

  4. Content & Social Media Management

  5. Plan, create, schedule, and monitor contentblogs, visuals, emails, infographics, landing pagesto build brand awareness and generate leads .

  6. Manage social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), engage communities, and run paid social campaigns

  7. SEO & PPC

  8. Perform keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, and use tools like Google Ads, Ahrefs, SEMrush to grow organic traffic

  9. Launch and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. monitor bids, creatives, targeting.

  10. Email Marketing & Lead nurturing

  11. Design email campaigns (newsletters, drip flows), customize content for segments, A/B test subject lines and content

  12. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  13. Monitor performance (traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI) using Google Analytics and similar tools.

  14. Analyze data, prepare regular reports, and refine strategies based on insights.

  15. Collaboration & Market Research

  16. Coordinate with design, content, sales, product, dev teams, and external vendors/agencies.

  17. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and inform strategies .

  18. Optimization & Emerging Tech

  19. Synchronize efforts to optimize website UX, landing pages, and conversion rates (CRO) .

  20. Stay updated on digital trends, AI, tools, algorithm changes, and adopt best practices

Preferred candidate profile

  • Analytics & Ad Tech: Google Analytics/Search Console, Google Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads, PPC management tools.
  • SEO Tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Yoast, Moz.
  • Email/CRM: HubSpot, Mailchimp, Eloqua, Salesforce CRM.
  • CMS & Basic Coding: WordPress, basic HTML/CSS.
  • Social Media Tools: Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Ads Manager.
  • Reporting: Google Data Studio, Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, creativity, cross-team collaboration.
