About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Specialist to support our online store and marketplace operations, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, inventory management, and overall efficiency in e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Platform & Marketplace Management

  • Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory on the
    brand's website (Shopify/WooCommerce/Magento) and marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.).
  • Monitor and improve product visibility through SEO optimization and keyword updates.
  • Ensure accurate stock updates and minimize out-of-stock situations.

Order Processing & Fulfilment

  • Coordinate daily order processing, packaging, and dispatch with warehouses and logistics partners.
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues (delays, returns, refunds).
  • Work with customer service to ensure smooth order handling and issue resolution.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Maintain accurate inventory records across all platforms to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams for stock replenishment.
  • Optimize inventory planning to avoid overstocking or stockouts.

Customer Experience & Support

  • Assist in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns via email, chat, and social media.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Work with the marketing team to enhance user experience and drive customer satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, cart abandonment, and fulfillment efficiency.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports to assess e-commerce performance and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in A/B testing of product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or FMCG industry.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms like
    Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or BigCommerce.
  • Knowledge of marketplaces such as
    Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.
  • Experience with order management systems (OMS), inventory management, and logistics coordination.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in
    Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
