About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager with a strong focus on creating on-demand product demos for the sales team and how-to content for customers. This role is ideal for a technically fluent storyteller who can transform complex product features into engaging, digestible visual content that drives product adoption and accelerates sales.

You'll collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to identify content needs and deliver assets that educate, engage, and empower both prospects and users.

Key Responsibilities
1. On-Demand Product Demos for Sales
  • Own the end-to-end production of scalable, reusable demo videos that highlight product value and use cases.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Enablement to identify key friction points in the sales cycle and design demo flows to address them.

  • Develop demo scripts, record walkthroughs, and manage editing/publishing for various buyer personas.

  • Maintain a library of short-form demos tailored to product features, verticals, or user segments.

  • Craft clear, narrative-driven demo flows that reflect Simpplr's value for different personas (e.g., Comms leaders, IT admins, HR teams).

  • Write scripts, record walkthroughs, manage production, and ensure demos stay fresh with product updates.

2. How-To Content for Customer Enablement
  • Produce how-to videos, tutorials, and step-by-step guides to help customers get the most from the product.

  • Translate product features into intuitive onboarding flows and self-service resources.

  • Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize content accordingly.

  • Ensure how-to assets are aligned with product updates and roadmap changes.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Product Management and Product Marketing peers to stay informed of roadmap, feature priorities, and technical specifications.

  • Serve as the key liaison between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success for demo and enablement content.

  • Monitor asset usage and engagement metrics to continually optimize format and delivery.

  • Support product launches with demo-led assets and customer-facing guides.

  • Regularly review asset performance and iterate based on usage, feedback, and data.

4. Thoughtful Storytelling with Technical Accuracy
  • Build a narrative around product capabilities that resonates with both technical and business audiences.

  • Ensure all content is visually polished, on-brand, and consistent in messaging and tone.

  • Support broader marketing initiatives with demo-driven storytelling where needed (e.g., campaigns, webinars, launches).

Qualifications
Required:
  • 4+ years in product marketing, sales engineering, customer education, or related roles in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.

  • Proven experience creating high-quality video demos and customer tutorials.

  • Strong project management skills and comfort working independently across multiple stakeholders.

  • Ability to write and speak clearly about technical topics.

Preferred:
  • Proficiency in tools like Loom, Camtasia, ScreenFlow, or Adobe Premiere for video creation.

What You'll Gain
  • The opportunity to own a high-impact content stream that directly drives revenue and retention.

  • A platform to combine technical understanding with creative execution.

  • A collaborative team culture where your insights and initiative are valued.

Why Simpplr?
  • Be part of a mission-driven company helping the world's top brands transform employee experience.

  • Work with a talented, supportive team in a culture that values transparency, trust, and inclusion.

  • Competitive salary, equity, and benefits package.
