Role Overview

You will lead
end-to-end Tech Product Delivery and Execution
across AI, IoT, Robotics, and Full-Stack engineering - directly reporting to the Founder & CEO.

This is a
mission-critical leadership role
responsible for building the INNOFarms.AI delivery backbone - ensuring everything we plan, promise, and pitch gets
built, shipped, and scaled
.

Core Responsibilities1. Mission-Critical Rigorous Product Execution *****

• Own the
  product delivery lifecycle
  across AI, Robotics, IoT, and Full-stack systems.
• Convert Founder & business vision into actionable sprint-level technical execution.
• Build an integrated
  execution platform
  that synchronizes Tech, AI, and Product teams.
• Ensure
  weekly delivery cadences
  — sprint plans, OKRs, and dashboards.
• Oversee architecture & deployment readiness for our AI and Robotics systems.
• Track dependencies, deadlines, and delivery risk — escalate early, fix fast.

2. DeepTech Product Leadership ****

• Collaborate with the
  Engineering leads to ensure feature scalability, architecture soundness, and cloud performance.
• Connect AI/ML pipelines with farm automation systems and Robotics modules.
• Validate data flow, integration, and edge-to-cloud system reliability for farms.
• Drive real-world deployment readiness for MENA(GCC), SEA, India-based smart farm.

3. People & Culture Ownership ****

• Establish an
  execution-first culture
• clear ownership, no hiding behind tasks.
• Manage Tech, Product, and AI engineers with precision, empathy, and accountability.
• Identify skill gaps, improve communication flow, and drive real delivery discipline.
• Reinforce Work-from-Office and cross-functional collaboration to improve speed.

4. Founder's Office & Strategic Alignment *****

• Serve as the Founder's right-hand in translating strategic goals into technical execution.
• Maintain live visibility dashboards - so leadership sees progress, not promises/message passing & excuses.
• Coordinate with the Middle East Business Development & Product teams for project timelines.
• Prepare execution progress decks, OKR reports, and project readiness summaries.
• BD - Tech platform Demo and Planning.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in
  Technical Product Management / Engineering Delivery / Program Leadership
  in DeepTech, SaaS, or AI startups.
• Strong understanding of
  AI, IoT, Robotics, and Full-stack cloud systems.
• Proven experience
  shipping live tech products
  (not just managing corporate IT client projects).
• Excellent in
  execution planning, cross-functional leadership, and accountability.
• Deep familiarity with project tools like Jira, MS P
  lanner, or Notion
  .
• Strong communicator who can align Tech, Product, and Business leaders quickly.
• Self-driven, no-excuses, startup-ready mindset.

Preferred Background

• Worked at a
  DeepTech, Robotics, AI, or IoT
  product startup.
• Experience with
  Azure Cloud
  and edge computing.
• Exposure to global deployment or pilot projects in AI or industrial automation.

Compensation

• Base Salary: ₹12 – 24 LPA
  (depending on experience and capability)
• Variable: ₹3–5 LPA (performance-based half-yearly bonus)
• ESOPs
  : Post 12-month review based on milestone delivery
• Reports directly to Founder & CEO

Success Metrics

• Product delivery timelines met — zero slippage.
• Weekly OKRs tracked and reported transparently ( not report only delivered**)
• AI, Robotics & IoT integrations are functional and validated.
• Deployments executed flawlessly as promised.
• Founder & CEO doesn't chase - system runs on its own rhythm;
