At All In Events, we're on the lookout for an Event Operation Manager who lives and breathes events. Someone who's spent at least 8 years managing corporate events or BTL activations and is ready to take the next step in their journey.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 8+ years (Full Time)

Job Profile:


• Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of events that meet or exceed expectations.


• Manage relationships with suppliers/vendors and oversee operational and administrative

functions for efficient project delivery.


• Provide leadership, motivation, direction, and support to the team.


• Travel to onsite inspections and effectively project manage events.


• Oversee all project budgets from pre to post, ensuring quality delivery and production

design.


• Identify and select vendors across India and abroad.


• Manage costs and budgets, incorporating tactical innovation to deliver superior event

experiences.


• Collaborate closely with the Servicing team to understand event objectives.


• Work closely with the creative team to align with design and communication objectives.


• Handle large event operation and production projects for prominent brands.


• Experience working with vendors nationwide.


• Excellent technical proficiency in audio, video, lighting, trussing, power, and rigging.


• Must have Pan India execution experience and possess a comprehensive database and

expertise.
