Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Assistant Manager role located in Bhubaneswar. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently while meeting organizational goals. Key responsibilities include managing communication between departments, supporting project planning and execution, monitoring timelines, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaboration with different stakeholders and reporting updates to senior management will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and team management skills
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication for effective collaboration and reporting
- Technical knowledge in engineering, construction, or relevant fields preferred
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and adhering to timelines
- Proficiency in using project management tools and basic software applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is an advantage
