Role & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions including loan disbursements, repayments, and interest accruals.
  • Preparation of budgets & MIS, Corporate Pitch, forecasting, product designing, SOP.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, loan ledgers, and general ledgers, inter unit reconciliation.
  • Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) of group companies & NBFC.
  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Support internal and external audits, including RBI inspections.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
  • Handle vendor payments, agreements drafting, negotiating on behalf of company
  • Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP/LMS systems) for data entry and reporting.
  • Filing of RBI forms, CIBIL forms & updates of regulations and ensure compliance in financial reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (B. Com, M. Com, CA Inter, CA, CMA, MBA finance preferred).
  • 03 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an NBFC or financial services company, CA firms, consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of financial instruments, loan accounting, and RBI guidelines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
