Role: Account Executive

EcoEx is looking for a detail-oriented
Account Executive
to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have
3–4 years of experience
in accounts and taxation, with strong knowledge of
GST, TDS, TCS, e-way billing, and e-invoicing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and reconciliations.
  • Handle
    GST, TDS & TCS filings
    accurately and timely.
  • Prepare and manage
    e-way bills
    and
    e-invoices
    .
  • Support in audits, compliance checks, and finalization of accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to all statutory deadlines and regulations.


Requirements

  • Graduate in Commerce (
    B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
    ).
  • 3–4 years
    of relevant experience in accounts & taxation.
  • Proficiency in
    Tally/ERP or similar accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance requirements.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
