Accounts Executive
to support our finance operations and ensure smooth day-to-day accounting.

Role Overview

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing
daily expenses, lender receivables, MIS preparation, and referral payouts
. This role requires attention to detail, timely reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and record
    day-to-day business expenses
    (petty cash, office costs, reimbursements).
  • Maintain
    Receivables MIS sheet
    – track disbursements, lender commissions, and expected inflows.
  • Follow up with lenders to
    track payments and reconcile receivables
    .
  • Process and manage
    referral payouts
    (to CAs, partners, introducers) with accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain
    MIS reports
    for management review (weekly/monthly).
  • Support
    invoice preparation, vendor payments, and reconciliations
    .
  • Assist in
    bank reconciliations, TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance support
    .
  • Coordinate with auditors team during
    monthly/quarterly closings
    .
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all accounting entries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Commerce / Accounting / Finance
    .
  • 2–4 years of experience in
    accounts & finance
    , preferably in
    NBFC/Fintech/Banking
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    accounting principles, MIS, and reconciliations
    .
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel, Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks or other accounting software
    .
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Good communication skills for lender and partner coordination.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent knowledge in Excel.
  • Knowledge of
    GST, TDS, and other compliance filings
    .
  • Exposure to
    fintech or lending industry
    will be an advantage.
