Test Planning and Execution: Authored comprehensive system and release test plans, defining scope, objectives, and test strategies to ensure thorough product validation. Executed automated test suites and manually tested complex functional flows to validate system integrity and new feature updates. Published and shared detailed test reports with both internal teams and external customers, providing clear visibility into test results and product quality.Quality and Defect Management: Identified, documented, and logged product bugs in Salesforce, providing detailed steps to reproduce and supporting developers in timely resolution. Worked with developers and Quality Engineers to understand functional flows and design targeted test cases, ensuring high-risk areas were thoroughly covered. Successfully prepared and integrated test suites with TestRail for streamlined test case management and tracking.Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Gained hands-on experience in performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) directly for customers, ensuring new features met business requirements. Communicated complex technical issues and project updates effectively to both team members and customers, demonstrating excellent client-facing skills. Partnered with developers and product managers during sprint planning and execution to integrate testing activities seamlessly into the development lifecycle.Must have: Excellent communication skills. Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) for a customer. The ability to prepare, publish, and share test reports with customers. Able to drive customer call, propose new test case suites, understand customers regression test cases, able to present test summary report and all testing activities.
