KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact the potential clients through calls and emails.
Understand client needs and explain company services in a clear, simple manner.
Convert leads, follow up consistently, and convert prospects into clients.
Maintain positive client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work with the legal and finance team to provide accurate solutions to clients.
Keep records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
