We are seeking a Senior Account Manager who would be responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring a great customer experience with existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Profile includes introduction, demonstration, negotiations, closing the deal independently and all other sales activities to develop future business and achieve targets.
  • Preparing Techno-commercial proposals for various decision-making.
  • Build strategic CXO relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Build sustainable customer relationships by engaging with both IT and business users.
  • Complete understanding of B2B purchasing behaviours.
  • Experience in proactive lead generation techniques.
  • New logo hunting and end to end customer engagement with multi-stakeholders in the account.
  • Partner Management: Engaging with Mid-size channel partners from Mumbai for new business opportunity creation.
  • Business development in new accounts from Mid-market users).
  • Understanding of consultative sales process and passionate for hunting new logos.
  • Crushing monthly, quarterly and yearly targets assigned.
