Relationship Manager – Home Loan Sales

Location: Andheri East Mumbai:400059

We're looking for a sharp, target-driven Relationship Manager to grow our Home Loan business through DSA partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive home loan sales and achieve monthly targets through DSAs.
  • Identify, onboard, and train new DSAs.
  • Guide partners on lead generation, product knowledge, and conversions.
  • Ensure smooth customer journey from lead to disbursement.
  • Support DSAs with documentation, compliance, and coordination with credit/ops teams.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Track DSA performance and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Graduate
  • 2+ years' experience in home loan or financial product sales.
  • Experience managing DSAs is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of home loan products and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and loan processing tools.
