Voice Trainer

We are looking for a skilled Voice Trainer to join our team in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in training and development, with a strong background in voice processes.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for voice teams.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions to enhance communication skills and performance.
• Analyze feedback and provide constructive criticism to improve quality.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging training content.
• Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a voice trainer or in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of voice processes and international calling practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with training software and technologies is an asset.
