**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct training sessions on soft skills topics including but not limited to communication,

body language, empathy, voice and accent training, time management, and behavior skills.

2. Develop and customize training programs to meet the specific needs and objectives of trainees.

3. Utilize various training methodologies and techniques to engage participants and enhance

learning outcomes.

4. Assess the training needs of individuals or groups and tailor training programs accordingly.

5. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to participants to help them improve their soft

skills.

6. Create and maintain training materials, resources, and visual aids.

7. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training.

8. Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs

and processes.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, education, communication) preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a soft skills trainer.

3. Proven expertise in communication, body language, empathy, voice and accent training, time

management, and behavior skills.

4. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
