**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver Specialized Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions on electrical topics including wiring harness/ EV technology/ Batteries and BMS/ EPlan.

2. Customize Teaching Methodology: Tailor training methodologies according to the needs and understanding levels of the students. Adapt teaching styles to ensure effective comprehension and learning outcomes.

3. Evaluation and Feedback: Provide thorough evaluation reports assessing students' progress and areas needing improvement. Offer constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.

4. Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible to travel nationwide as per training requirements. Adjust to different environments and student demographics.

**Requirements**:
1. Expertise in Electrical Domain: In-depth knowledge and experience in electrical systems, particularly in wiring harness, EV, Batteries and BMS, and EPlan.

2. Training Experience: Proven track record in conducting training sessions, workshops, or seminars related to electrical engineering or relevant fields.

3. Customization Skills: Ability to customize training methodologies and content to suit the learning needs and levels of the audience.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

5. Evaluation and Reporting: Proficiency in evaluating students' performance and providing detailed feedback and evaluation reports.

6. Flexibility: Willingness to travel as required for training sessions across various locations in India.
