Mother Hub (MH) Training Manager Supply Chain (Learning & Development)

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and execution-driven Training Manager to lead end-to-end training operations in our Mother Hubs. This role plays a pivotal part in strengthening process capabilities, driving a culture of continuous learning, and directly impacting key operational metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage the Mother Hub training calendar aligned with operational priorities.
  • Ensure new pickers complete simulation-based & on-the-job training within 3 days, using Learning Zones and visual aids.
  • Conduct monthly training needs identification with MH leadership and address skill/knowledge gaps.
  • Deliver refresher programs, process trainings, and product launch sessions.
  • Conduct quarterly knowledge assessments and reinforce critical processes where required.
  • Evaluate post-training performance data and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead weekly training reviews with MH leadership and ensure timely closure of action items.
  • Guide and monitor Process Trainers & Associate Trainers while collaborating with MH Operations to reduce damages, improve quality, and control shrinkage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in training delivery, warehouse operations, or process excellence in supply chain/logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of MH processes: inward, outward, inventory control, liquidation.
  • Experience in designing & executing floor-based training, simulation modules, and assessments.
  • Ability to work closely with operations teams and influence outcomes through capability building.
  • Proficient in tracking training effectiveness using operational data.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and team management skills.
