Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to manage IT projects (websites & web apps), customer interaction, support and documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong IT and Internet skills, be proficient in English and Malayalam (both written and spoken), and be adept at using MS Office and internet-based tools like ChatGPT.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Organizing, maintaining, and processing client data efficiently.
  • Client Relationship Management: Handling customer queries, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Preparing and maintaining necessary reports, records, and other business documents.
  • IT Skills: Managing data entry, typing, and using relevant software tools for documentation and communication.
  • Communication: Engaging with clients via email, chat, and phone calls in both English and Malayalam.
  • MS Office & Online Tools: Proficient use of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint along with internet research and AI-based tools like ChatGPT.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet-based tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Malayalam.
  • Prior experience in customer relationship management is an added advantage.
  • Good internet skills and attention to detail for data handling.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently.

  • 1-2 years of experience in similar or administrative roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
