Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Vice President – Sales, Strategy & Marketing to lead our global growth strategy. This high-impact role will drive new client acquisition, define market positioning, and oversee integrated sales and marketing initiatives across key geographies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT and Digital Engineering Services business development for the USA market, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to craft winning solutions for client challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Lead and inspire global sales teams, territory heads, and business development managers.
  • Review every opportunity and develop winning strategies and positioning.
  • Drive new logo wins with a focus on quality of clients and deal size.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline visibility and performance tracking.

Strategic Growth & Positioning

  • Understand client requirements deeply and design innovative, out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Plan multi-year growth strategies, staying ahead of technology trends and sensing future opportunities.
  • Capitalize quickly with agility, speed, smart ideas, and aggressive positioning.

Marketing & Branding

  • Head marketing and branding to strengthen global positioning and thought leadership.
  • Align marketing campaigns with sales objectives for maximum impact.

KPIs & Success Metrics

  • New Logo Wins: Achieve X new clients in the first 6 months.
  • Quality of Deals: Secure strategic accounts with multi-year potential and high-value engagements.
  • Revenue from New Clients: Deliver impressive revenue from new logos each year
  • Pipeline Growth: Build a robust pipeline of prospects
  • Marketing Impact: Boost brand visibility and engagement across USA & Europe

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Engineering degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics & Communications.
  • Experience:
  • 15–20+ years in IT services with strong sales and strategy experience.
  • Proven success in business development or presales for the USA market, ideally in a fast-growing mid-sized IT services company.
  • Expertise in Application Development, Cloud, Data, AI/ML, IoT, and Product Engineering.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership and ability to drive and mentor sales teams.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Highly resourceful, strategic thinker with out-of-the-box approaches.
  • Ability to sense future business opportunities and act with speed and agility.
