access to Ayurvedic providers, discounted supplements, and wellness advocate support

across the entire care journey.

We are now ready to scale aggressively across North America, Europe, and the Middle

East—and are seeking a senior leader to own this expansion.

Role Summary

The Vice President – Business Development & Digital Marketing will be responsible for

driving subscriber growth, brand awareness, and revenue across 's priority

international markets: North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

This is a senior, strategic, and hands-on role for a leader who has already delivered

significant growth in the integrative health, Ayurveda, and/or yoga space. The VP will be

responsible for:

  • Developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for overseas markets
  • Building and leading a high-performance sales and marketing team
  • Owning digital brand-building and performance marketing across channels
  • Driving partnerships and business development with aligned organizations
  • Building and optimizing subscriber growth, retention, and loyalty programs

This role is remote, with international travel as needed for conferences, partnerships, team

offsites, and key client meetings.

Note: A valid Indian passport is required, as the position will involve frequent travel and

close collaboration with India-based leadership and teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy, Market Expansion & Revenue Growth

  • Develop a 3–5 year growth strategy for North America, Europe, and the Middle East, aligned with 's mission and product roadmap.
  • Define clear market-entry and expansion plans for each region (segmenting by B2C subscribers, B2B partnerships, and B2B2C channels).
  • Set and own growth KPIs: subscriber acquisition, MRR, LTV/CAC, conversion rates, churn, and funnel performance.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis in integrative health, Ayurveda, yoga, and digital wellness to refine positioning and opportunities.

2. Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with integrative/functional medicine clinics, yoga studios, retreat centers, corporate wellness programs, HR benefits platforms, and aligned wellness brands.
  • Develop collaborations with influencers, thought leaders, and communities in Ayurveda, yoga, and holistic wellness.
  • Negotiate and structure revenue-generating collaborations such as co-branded programs, referral partnerships, affiliate ecosystems, and white-label opportunities.
  • Build a pipeline and BD process for continuous partner acquisition and management across all three geographies.

3. Digital Marketing & Brand Building

  • Own 's global digital brand presence, ensuring it reflects our sattvic, credible, and science-informed identity.
  • Architect and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO & content marketing, email, marketing automation, and paid media.
  • Build and maintain a strong social media brand with consistent storytelling around Ayurveda, yoga, sattvic living, and functional wellness—tailored to overseas audiences.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and Ayurvedic/yogic experts to produce high-value, educational, and engaging content.

4. Subscriber Growth, Retention & Loyalty

  • Design and optimize subscriber acquisition funnels from first touch to membership sign-up, including landing pages, nurture sequences, and retargeting.
  • Build loyalty, referral, and membership engagement programs that increase retention, upgrade rates, and lifetime value.
  • Work closely with product and operations to ensure onboarding, communication, and support experiences enhance trust and long-term engagement.
  • Use data to segment audiences and personalize offers, content, and campaigns.

5. Team Building & Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and manage a remote, high-performing sales and marketing team across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Define org structure, roles, KPIs, and processes for digital marketing, sales/BD, and customer/partner success (in collaboration with operations).
  • Create a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous learning, grounded in clear metrics and ethical marketing practices.
  • Provide strong leadership to overseas sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment, communication, and performance across all regions.

6. Data, Analytics & Reporting

  • Build a data-driven marketing and sales environment, leveraging dashboards and analytics to guide decision-making.
  • Track performance across channels, campaigns, and markets, and adjust strategy based on ROI, CAC, LTV, and engagement metrics.
  • Present regular reports and growth narratives to the founders/leadership team, including risks, opportunities, and recommendations.

7. Brand Integrity, Compliance & Values

  • Ensure all marketing and business development efforts respect the ethical, sattvic, and educational nature of 's offerings.
  • Partner with legal/compliance teams (as needed) to maintain adherence to HIPAA, privacy, and healthcare advertising guidelines in target markets.
  • Champion a brand voice that is authentic, inclusive, culturally sensitive, and non- exploitative—especially when communicating about health concerns.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business development and digital marketing, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering significant growth in integrative health, Ayurveda, yoga, functional medicine, or closely related wellness sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in entering and growing overseas markets, specifically North America, Europe, and/or the Middle East.
  • Strong experience in building and scaling digital-first brands on social media.
  • Extensive experience leading multi-channel digital marketing (SEO, performance marketing, email, content, social, influencers).
  • Experience designing and executing subscriber-based or membership business models.
  • Required: Experience managing overseas sales and marketing teams (remote, multi- country).
  • Required: Valid Indian passport and willingness to travel internationally.
  • Preferred: Experience building subscriber growth, loyalty, and referral programs in a digital health or wellness subscription context.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; an advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic, major European languages) are a plus.
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment, balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
