Commercial Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure all commercial operations adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
Deliver accurate and timely management accounts, financial reports, and analytical insights for senior leadership and project stakeholders.
Oversee site-based operational support functions including logistics, inventory control, and vendor management to enable seamless project execution.
Manage the full commercial lifecycle of the mining operation, including budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial reporting.
Lead contract negotiation, administration, and compliance processes for suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
Partner with operational teams to monitor project costs, identify cost-efficiency opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Direct procurement activities to ensure competitive sourcing of equipment, materials, and services.
Identify and mitigate commercial risks; manage and resolve contractual claims and disputes efficiently.
Develop and implement internal controls, reporting frameworks, and performance measurement systems for commercial and operational departments.
Lead, mentor, and develop site-based commercial and finance teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300, ₹350,000.00 per year
