- Minimum of 3 years of work experience (including internships) in one or more of the above specialties
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Good business commercial acumen
- Proper Knowledge of MS office -Word, XLS, PPT

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Preparation of Purchased Orders as per instructions.
- Entry of Purchase Bills from all Supplies in ACE ERP Systems.
- Proper filling and storing of Purchase Bills.
- Scanning and storing the Purchase Invoices & other Imp Docs in ACE ERP Systems.
- Physical Closing stock Verification; Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & annually.
- Closing Stock valuation by end of month.
- Proper Location maintenance of stocks.
- Credit Control by following customers for payment.
- Material returns processing.
- Generating Reports of Creditors & Purchase.
- Working with Accounting Software; Making MIS in Excel / Word as per requirement of management.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
