**Role**:Commercial Executive(Accounts Receivables)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Forecast collection in every month.
- Review meeting in weekly basis for likely collection.
- Ledger statement reconciliation.
- Regularly connect with the customers for all the necessary documents.
- Connect and Coordinate with customers to collect, check and manage documents for achieving target of collection.
- Prepare the Write off proposal against non-moving dues with proper relevant justification and documents evidence for removing from System in accordance with MI.
- LC related activities.
- Accounting support.
- ASN, invoice & all other documents upload in customer portal.
- Overdue reduction planning & execution.
- Local & outstation customer visit for payment follow-up and documents related issues..
- Co-ordinate with division for issuing BG, PI and submitted to customer as per PO..

**Qualification**:

- Any Bachelors from Commerce background.
- Proven minimum experience of 3-6 years in end to end Accounts receivable process.
- Required Advance Excel skills.
- SAP FICO experience/knowledge is an added advantage.
- Should be able to join within Immediate - 30 days maximum.
- Must be proficient in Communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
