Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Growth Specialist, located in Bhopal. The primary responsibilities include driving business growth through sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and contributing to training programs to enhance team capabilities. Day-to-day tasks involve strategizing sales plans, engaging with potential clients, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting sales management processes to meet organizational goals. The role requires proactive problem-solving, collaboration, and a focus on client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and drive revenue growth
  • Experience in Training to mentor team members and enhance sales performance
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales data and market trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in the customer service or sales domain is an advantage
  • Adaptability to on-site collaborative environments and willingness to take ownership
