IT Sales Specialist
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and takes ownership of the complete sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals.
Primary Responsibilities
–
Engage and nurture
North America/US region prospects
via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.Qualify, influence, and convert leads
using excellent communication and convincing abilities.Understand client pain points and
map them to GrayCellAmerica's IT and ERP/CRM service offerings.Present technical solutions clearly and build strong client confidence throughout the sales journey.
Manage end-to-end pre-sales and post-sales activities
, ensuring smooth coordination between the client and internal delivery teams.Collaborate internally for
proposal creation, pricing inputs, and technical scoping
.Drive
sales conversions up to the final budget stage
, with the CEO handling final negotiations.Maintain consistent
client follow-ups and relationship building
for repeat and referral business.Stay up-to-date with
technical services, especially ERP/CRM systems
, to communicate value effectively.
Requirements –
2–4 years of proven Inside Sales or Business Development experience
in the
IT services industry
.Strong experience handling
North America/US clients
is
mandatory
.Excellent understanding of
technical service domains
, including
ERP & CRM implementation
, cloud, data, and app development.Exceptional
communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
.Proven ability to
convert leads into opportunities and opportunities into closed deals
.Proactive, confident, and target-oriented approach.
Willingness to work on-site in Bhopal and contribute within a collaborative startup environment.
